What goes wrong
RGB supplied as CMYK-ready
Office and browser exports carry sRGB images. Sent through unconverted, colour shifts appear only after printing.
Bleed missing on trimmed work
Artwork built to the finished size leaves nothing to trim into, so a 0.5 mm cutting variance shows white.

A logo that looked fine in the layout is 96 dpi once placed at final size.
