What goes wrong

Office and browser exports carry sRGB images. Sent through unconverted, colour shifts appear only after printing.
Bleed missing on trimmed work
Artwork built to the finished size leaves nothing to trim into, so a 0.5 mm cutting variance shows white.

Colour converted through your production profile
Through the production condition’s own ICC profile, logged with the source profiles, the target and the policy. An image whose colour profile is known converts without a click when your workspace turns on Auto-fix safe issues; a PDF once a person approves it.
Bleed added from the page edge
Mirrored to the amount your profile sets once you confirm, and checked again. Where no artwork reaches the edge, the bleed stays paper.
