One artwork through intake. Everything Prepta does with it is included: its checks, its fixes, the re-check after a fix, the review and the production files. A job never counts twice. Each file in a batch or archive is its own job, and a corrected file the customer sends after the check is a new one.
New jobs pause until your next monthly period starts, or until you move up a plan. Everything already in Prepta keeps working: you can still fix, review and download existing jobs. From 90% of the allowance, Prepta shows how many jobs are left. There is no overage charge.
The trial runs for 14 days with the plan’s features and up to 100 jobs, on either plan, and each person gets one. Without a card it ends by itself: nothing is charged, your jobs and files stay readable and downloadable, and new jobs pause until you choose a plan. To continue without a break, subscribe under Settings → Billing before the trial ends; the first charge is on the day it ends.
Yes. One intake takes up to 50 files on a paid plan and up to 10 during the trial, ZIP and 7z archives included, and every file becomes its own job with its own result. Archives inside archives are not opened.
Both. Monthly is the default. Annual is twelve months for the price of ten, on one yearly invoice, and a monthly subscription can switch to annual at any time under Settings → Billing.
Yes, without talking to anyone. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation are under Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the renewal at the end of the period you paid for, and your data stays accessible.
No, prices exclude VAT. EU businesses can enter their VAT ID at checkout, and invoices then apply the reverse-charge mechanism where it applies. US customers are billed in dollars at checkout: $89 or $219 a month.
No. Prepta sits before production and hands over a checked file. It does not replace a RIP, an MIS or a professional PDF editor.
Yes. It runs the same preflight as the product, against a fixed public print profile, and shows the verdict, the measurements and a Prepta Score. What it does not do: fix the file, check it against your own profiles or produce a production file. The file is deleted once the report is ready; the report link stays available for 30 days.
