What Prepta does
Colour conversion proposed for the document
One conversion for the process colour through your production profile, run when a person approves it and checked before production. Spot colours stay separations; names that may be one ink are flagged for a decision, never merged.
Bleed checked on every page
A page that falls short of your profile’s bleed is named, not averaged away.
Missing fonts named
Fonts that are not embedded are listed by name, so the request to the customer is one message.
Risky overprint settings raised
Overprint on light or white objects flagged for confirmation rather than silently changed.

How does Prepta handle multi-page commercial PDFs?
Each page is checked against the profile. Geometry, colour and font problems are reported per page so one bad spread does not hide in a bulk pass.
Will Prepta embed missing fonts?
Prepta identifies the page, object and font name precisely so you can request the correct file. It does not substitute fonts silently.
