The artwork problems are similar everywhere. What counts as acceptable is not. Each production type below has its own profile, tolerances and automation policy.
Digital printing
Short runs, many files, tight turnaround. Colour space and bleed problems repeat across almost every order.
Large format
Catch low-resolution artwork, incorrect dimensions and missing bleed before a 2 metre banner reaches the printer.
Sign making
Customer logos arrive as web images. Know immediately whether the file can carry the finished size.
Labels & stickers
Cut contours missing, wrongly named or drawn as an ordinary path. Generate them where the geometry is unambiguous.
Commercial print
Multi-page work with mixed colour spaces, missing fonts and inconsistent trim across pages.
Screen printing
Process colour supplied where spot separations are needed. Flag it before screens are made.
